Job Title Mental Health Therapist - School-Based Services Location Edinbrook Elementary School 8925 Zane Ave N, Brooklyn Center, MN 55443 Schedule 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Options: 1.0 FTE 40 hrs/week with caseload during summer; 0.9 FTE 40 hrs/week during academic year (20 hrs/week for 8 weeks in summer) Salary Unlicensed: $62,000 – $68,500 + $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates Licensed: $74,000 – $80,000 + $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates Responsibilities Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with children, parents, and family members Conduct individual therapy; provide family and group therapies as needed Create and implement treatment plans and regularly evaluate effectiveness Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral sciences Previous experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families Pursuing a professional license (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) – supervision toward licensure available Preferred Qualifications Current and valid licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC or license-eligible Experience collaborating with school systems and personnel Successful collaboration on interdisciplinary teams Prior experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families Benefits Accrue up to 4 weeks of PTO/ESST, plus company-designated holidays and floating holidays 403(b) retirement savings plan with 3% employer match Multiple health and dental insurance plan choices Lifestyle benefit: choice of company contribution to HSA, student loan repayment assistance, or flex time Employer-paid short- and long-term disability insurance and life insurance Free access to People Incorporated’s Training Institute (free CEUs and learning opportunities) Eligibility for state and federal loan forgiveness programs Equal Employment Opportunity Statement People Incorporated is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
