Atlanta-based law firm with approximately 190 attorneys, is seeking a motivated, critical-thinking legal assistant with strong attention to detail to support the DC Office's Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant with heavy litigation experience in a law firm or legal department. Responsibilities include: File and e-file pleadings in federal, state, and appellate courts ? Prepare and/or file/serve pleadings, and discovery responses, managing case litigation calendars and maintaining litigation files, including electronic files and databases; Scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, depositions, travel, and conferences for attorneys, and Providing case management support .Must be tech savvy and experience with CFIUS case management system considered a plus.
