Automotive Detailer

Cowboy Coating is looking for an experienced In-Shop Automotive Detailer to join our team at our Frisco location.

This is not a basic car-washing or entry-level detailing position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and has a strong eye for detail, with experience in paint correction, ceramic coating installation, and high-end automotive detailing.

Our Frisco shop is one of three Cowboy Coating locations, and we are continuing to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of a professional team and grow with an expanding company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing multi-stage paint corrections.
• Installing professional-grade ceramic coatings.
• Performing high-end interior and exterior detailing.
• Properly preparing vehicles for ceramic coating installation.
• Paint decontamination, clay bar treatment, polishing, and finishing.
• Inspecting your work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, professional work environment.
• Properly caring for and maintaining detailing equipment.
• Communicating professionally with customers when needed.
• Delivering a 5-star customer experience from vehicle drop-off to completion.

You will be expected to maintain our 5-star standards for both workmanship and customer service. All work is performed inside our temperature-controlled professional shop, giving you a clean, comfortable environment to work in year-round.

• Has professional detailing experience.
• Has hands-on experience with paint correction.
• Has experience installing ceramic coatings.
• Has a strong eye for imperfections and attention to detail.
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
• Is reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Can work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Understands the importance of customer service.
• Takes care of tools, equipment, and the shop.
• Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
• Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating is strongly preferred.

You won't be working outside in the heat or cold or doing mobile detailing in a driveway. You'll be working inside a professional, temperature-controlled shop with the equipment and environment necessary to produce high-end results. Cowboy Coating currently operates three locations, and we're continuing to grow.
