We are in need for a Part-Time Parts Counter person at our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Franklin. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter person will own the job duties listed below:ResponsibilitiesAssists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional mannerAnswers phone calls, providing price quotes and other informationPulls and fills orders from stockFollows up on back-ordered partsReplenishes assigned inventory dailyDrive/Deliver parts as neededMakes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service orderIssues and tracks requested shop tools to techniciansOther duties as assignedRequirementsChevrolet dealership experience preferred!Valid driver's licenseAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentDetail-OrientedFocused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceExcellent communication skillsCompensation: Based on experienceEwald Automotive Group is a multi-year winner of Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Top Work Places.Ewald Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of age, color, disability, gender identity, genetic information, military or veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics.
