Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a CVOR setting with a focus on cardiovascular surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess patient conditions and plan appropriate interventions according to established protocols.
• Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols consistently.
• Accurately document all patient care activities using the Epic documentation system.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are ready and functioning for each procedure performed, including CABG and TAVR.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Georgia or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVOR setting required.
• Certification in surgical technology is required.
• Competency in advanced cardiovascular procedures, such as CABG and TAVR.
• Ability to wear ceil blue scrubs during shifts as required.
• Demonstrated adherence to facility-specific ethical, professional, and technical standards.
