Attorney - Real Estate

Solomon Page is partnering with a prestigious law firm in Los Angeles to identify an experienced Real Estate Staff Attorney for a long-term temporary/contract assignment, with the potential for an extended engagement. We are seeking a seasoned real estate attorney who can hit the ground running, particularly on real estate financing matters, including title and survey work. Location: Los Angeles Duration: Long-term temporary / contract Rate: $80-120/hour Responsibilities Support real estate financing and purchase and sale transactions Conduct title and survey review Draft and negotiate loan and other transaction documents Assist real estate closings Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of real estate legal experience, preferably in a BigLaw setting Strong background in real estate finance, including title and survey review Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills Active admission to the California Bar (required) The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
