Nursing Assistant | Acute Care | Full-Time

Make a meaningful difference every shift by providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients in a supportive hospital environment. We’re seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant who is passionate about patient comfort, safety, and teamwork.

Schedule: Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required

What You’ll Do:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal care

• Take and record vital signs, monitor patient comfort, and report changes in condition promptly

• Support rehabilitation and mobility needs including ambulation, transfers, ROM exercises, and positioning

• Assist with meal setup, feeding, nourishment distribution, and documentation

• Participate in hourly rounding and maintain a safe, healing environment for patients

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient care

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Post-secondary education in Health or Human Services preferred

• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare-related experience preferred

• BLS certification through AHA or RQI required

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

• Basic computer literacy and patient-centered mindset
