What Are We Looking For?

• Review and interpret construction documents (drawings and specifications) to support project requirements.
• Assist Project Managers with multiple concurrent projects, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination.
• Maintain and track project logs, including submittals, RFIs, closeout documents, and related correspondence.
• Process submittals and ensure timely completion of project closeout documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate Owner training sessions and attend/record sessions as needed.
• Communicate project updates and relevant information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain project files (electronic and hard copy), including plans and manuals.
• Support project communications and assist in gathering information to respond to inquiries from Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.
• Manage incoming calls and communications for Project Managers and division leadership.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to estimators, field teams, and corporate staff as needed.

Requirements:

 

What Do We Want To See?

• Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or high-level administrative experience, or relevant coursework in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and document management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
