Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Shift Days: Monday – Friday
Shift Time: AM; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Department: Pediatric Neurosciences
Location: Palo Alto, California

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of Clinical Assistant or Front Desk experience
- Strong front office skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric setting (minimum of 100 patients a day)
- Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with children and families
- Welcome and assist pediatric patients and their families
- Answer multi-line phone lines and route calls
- Register patients and verify insurance and authorizations
- Schedule and update patient appointments using electronic systems
- Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information
- Prepare medical records for clinical visits
- Support multiple clinics on different floors, delivering outstanding service
