As a Sales Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and tailoring solutions that best meet their requirements. Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs and provide customized solutions. Deliver engaging presentations highlighting key features and benefits. Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as trusted advisor and providing ongoing support. Requirements 5+ years of sales insurance experience. Possession of required insurance licenses. Proven sales track record with exceptional prospecting and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong self‑motivation and ability to work independently and remotely. Proficiency in AMS360 and other sales tools. What you will receive 11 paid holidays.
