DISPOSITIONS SPECIALIST - REAL ESTATE

We are a California based Real Estate company who specializes in purchasing wholesale/fix n flips properties across the USA. This role will be responsible for helping manage our 30+ projects at a time.

Role is Monday-Friday (need flexibility for after-hours) in person at the office in Fountain Valley, CA.

Pay is $2K base/month + 0.6% - 0.7% of company revenue per month depending on experience (which equates to $115k-$125k+ annually.  We will institute minimum salary guarantees in the Employment contract in range with the compensation mentioned above ).

We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the role.

Main objective:  Market properties to our internal buyers and get the deals sold. We do this by doing heavy outbound dialing 100+ dials/day while multi-tasking across all properties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Market properties according to established procedures

2. Entice our existing investors to make offers on new properties

3. Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list

4. Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process

5. Understand how "comps" work and be able to underwrite our properties quickly

6. Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company

7. Assist Company with miscellaneous projects as needed.

Compensation: $2K Base Pay plus 0.6% - 0.7% of company revenue depending on experience on all closed transactions

Schedule: “Flexible” Full Time : Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Who will you be working for?

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value and in need of some renovation, which is exactly what our buyers are seeking. We close fast, buy homes in "As-Is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• 1–3 years of direct sales experience
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required
• YES, I CAN ATTITUDE REQUIRED!
