We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team with energy, professionalism, and a passion for growth. About the Role The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall business operations of the hospital, including: Human resources (hiring, training, reviews, employee relations) Financial management (budgets, KPIs, inventory, vendor management) Client services (escalations, retention, satisfaction) Facility operations and maintenance Marketing and community outreach Ensuring compliance with AAHA standards (next review in 2026) Supporting a positive and productive team environment What We’re Looking For Required: Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation Bachelor's degree in business or related field Multiple years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting Strong skills in communication, time management, and staff development Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work full-time with reliable transportation Preferred: Experience with EzyVet software Bilingual (English/Spanish) Why Join Us?
