Maintenance Technician: Build Safe, Welcoming Communities

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep a manufactured housing community safe, organized, and well-stocked. You will interact with residents and ensure timely completion of service requests and inspections, while supporting asset upkeep and seasonal tasks. The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may prefer refurbishment experience. HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills and OSHA training are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr YES! Communities
