Paid Social Manager

A Paid Social Manager opportunity in the Greater Phoenix, AZ Area is now available through The Keller Group. Our client's digital strategy team is expanding to keep pace with a growing roster of client accounts and campaign volume. If this sounds like a fit, Must be local to the Phoenix, AZ area, as this is a hybrid position with a mix of remote and in-office days. Responsibilities: Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns, acting as the go-to expert on media buying for a mix of B2B and B2C clients Build and present compelling media plans that tie directly back to each client's broader marketing and business goals Get hands-on inside ad platforms to fine-tune spend allocation and surface data-backed recommendations to improve performance Support organic social efforts as needed, ensuring alignment between paid and organic strategy Build out reporting frameworks and deliver regular (and as-needed) performance insights tied to each client's defined KPIs Serve as the subject-matter expert across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other emerging social channels Understand how paid social fits into the bigger media mix picture and use that lens to shape smarter business decisions Partner closely with account services and cross-functional teammates to keep campaign development, communication, and execution running smoothly Keep a pulse on new platforms, tools, and creative campaign approaches to keep client strategies ahead of the curve Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience, agency background strongly preferred Comfortable and confident navigating platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel Familiarity with programmatic and demand-side platforms is a plus PTO Package + Flex Schedule Options #J-18808-Ljbffr The Keller Group
