Job Requirements

University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health (UMUCH), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) , has an opening available for a full-time Surgeon to support General Surgery program.

Job Specifics:

• Position will join a group of 4 general surgeons (1 Colorectal/General Surgery) and 2 Bariatric/General Surgery and 3 PAs.
• Minimally Invasive & Robotically Trained
• 1 in 7 Call Schedule
• Position is based on the campus of Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD.
• Ideal work environment Monday through Friday day shift, with a very manageable call rotation shared among other providers, fostering a healthy work/life balance!
• Excellent hospital administration support as well as dedicated in office support staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Provision of elbow-to-elbow EPIC support.
• Position eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation support options to facilitate your transition to Upper Chesapeake Health!
