Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting paths. Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations is a plus. Proven experience as a CNC Plasma Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and plasma cutting techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
