Are you a motivated insurance professional who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping customers find the right coverage? Maggie Deng GEICO Insurance is looking for a driven Licensed Sales Producer to join our team in Port St. Lucie.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, personable, and ready to grow. An active insurance license is preferred, but motivated candidates can obtain their license upon hire. Bilingual candidates are a plus, but bilingual skills are not required.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options, discounts, and products.
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage.
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen your sales and insurance skills.

What We're Looking For

• Active insurance license preferred; must be willing to obtain a license upon hire.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
