Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricingcodes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Basic PC/Outlook skills Retail Management Certificate The Opportunity Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor, the Checker is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, performing cash register operations and safeguarding company assets. Must be able to bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods of times. The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
