Controls Engineer

Seeking a Controls Engineer to design and support building automation systems for commercial HVAC projects, including new construction and retrofit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to determine system requirements.
• Select appropriate controls, products, and equipment.
• Prepare system submittals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate materials, technical information, and project documentation.
• Prepare as-built drawings and maintain accurate project files.
• Troubleshoot controls, communication systems, and related equipment.
• Support installation teams, customers, and project management.
• Assist with customer and installer training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong computer skills; experience with CAD, Revit, or BIM is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience is preferred.
