RN - TELE

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry for night shifts. The RN may need to float to MedSurg or other relevant departments as required. Responsibilities Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings. Provide patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans. Respond to emergency situations and assist in patient interventions. Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid nursing license in the state of California.
