Speech-Language Pathologist in Holt, MI

We're seeking 9 enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists ready to inspire success across diverse age groups for the upcoming 26/27 academic year. As a full-time contractor, you'll play a vital role throughout the school year, working 37.5 hours per week with a schedule aligned to standard school calendars.


Ideal applicants will demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and professionalism, bringing either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY). Your passion for helping students develop essential communication skills will make all the difference!


Preferred Qualifications:

• Active SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain one
• CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience valued, but not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Comfortable adapting intervention approaches for different age groups
• Willingness to work full-time, with a commitment from the start to the end of the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Document progress, maintain compliance with all regulations, and manage caseload efficiently
• Adapt services based on student needs and preferences for assigned age groups
• Participate in meetings, team planning, and professional development throughout the contract period
