Inpatient Physical Therapist: Rehab & Discharge Planning

University Hospitals is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Inpatient St. John facility in Westlake, Ohio. The role involves organizing and conducting physical therapy programs for patient rehabilitation, planning effective treatment strategies, and educating patients and their families on their care. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a valid Ohio license. Basic Life Support certification is also required within 90 days.
