Restaurant Outlet Manager

The Restaurant Outlet Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall effective operations of Arthur's Terrace, Champagne Sunday Brunch, Encore Lounge, In-room Dining, and Splasher's seasonal pool. Uses strategic leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality. Accountable for the management of supervisors and staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive team member relations. May be expected to work weekends and holidays.
