Administrative Data Entry Specialist Kansas City, MO Pay: $27.65 26-07893 Job Summary The Administrative Data Entry Specialist provides accurate and timely administrative support by entering, reviewing, and maintaining data within internal systems. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, organizing records, processing documentation, and supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computer systems and routine data management tasks. Job Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in databases and internal systems. Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency while identifying and correcting errors. Process administrative documents, records, and reports in accordance with established procedures. Maintain organized electronic files and documentation. Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure information accuracy. Assist with tracking, updating, and maintaining records and operational information. Support administrative tasks, including document preparation, reporting, and general office support. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Communicate updates and elevate data discrepancies or issues when needed. Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and completion of assigned tasks. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements 0-1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate information. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to follow written procedures and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify data discrepancies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Ability to learn and navigate internal systems and data entry platforms. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training in business administration, data management, or a related field preferred.
