HR Generalist

Position Summary Minutemen Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist on behalf of General Aluminum. This role will support day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, helping foster a positive and productive workplace.
