Position Overview

Due to the high demand for our premier PDR services following severe storms, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Leader to head our field acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be on the front lines in hail-affected markets, representing Integrity Auto Hail Repair. You will engage directly with vehicle owners, inspect hail damage, and guide them through our seamless, zero-out-of-pocket insurance claim process.

Because we respond to where the storms hit, travel will be a core part of this position . This is a field-based, relationship-driven leadership role ideal for a high-performing sales professional who wants to control their own income and help vehicle owners navigate the stress of storm damage with our trusted, premium service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Field Sales: Actively prospect and engage with vehicle owners in hail-damaged areas, setting the standard for sales excellence and field hustle.

• Travel to Markets: Deploy to varying regions affected by recent hailstorms to capture market share and drive revenue.

• Conduct Inspections: Evaluate vehicles for hail damage and educate customers on the benefits of our eco-friendly Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) process.

• Guide the Customer: Explain our hassle-free process, including insurance claim assistance, waived deductibles, and rental car provisions.

• Manage the Pipeline: Track leads, follow up consistently, and close deals to ensure you meet and exceed high-performance sales targets.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Uphold our core values of integrity and transparency, ensuring every customer feels supported from the initial handshake to vehicle delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

• Training & Ramp-Up Pay: To help you hit the ground running, we provide a base pay of $500/week for the first few weeks to get you fully trained and generating momentum.

• High Commission Rate: After the ramp-up period, you transition to a highly lucrative commission-only structure, earning a massive 15% to 20% commission on your sales.

• Exceptional Earning Potential: At minimum, you will make $10,000/month, with an expected overall pay range of $120,000 to $200,000+ annually .

• In-Demand Service: You are selling a service that generally costs the customer nothing out of pocket, making your closing rate exceptionally high compared to traditional sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience is absolutely required.

• Willingness to Travel: You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the flexibility to travel to various locations based on storm activity.

• Communication Skills: Highly comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers, building immediate trust, and confidently navigating the insurance conversation.

• Self-Motivated: Strong time management skills and the drive to hustle independently as a leader in the field.

• Bonus Experience: Previous Door-to-Door (D2D) canvassing or door-knocking experience is a nice-to-have, but not strictly required.
