Details Work in the ICU of a hospital setting Patient ratio of 1:2 Night shift schedule (3x12 hours), 18:45-7:15 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule period Float required to IMC/PCU and Step Down units Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; TNCC preferred Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required Epic EMR experience required Military-issued certifications accepted; AHA preferred; ARC not accepted Experience with IV therapy, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care, and PICC line management Experience with ventilator management and care of ventilated patients Experience titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, continuous IV sedation, and emergency medications Experience with cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management Experience managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure CRRT/CVVHD experience preferred State-issued ID required for consideration Additional Information Teaching hospital and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred Navy blue scrubs required and not provided by facility First-time travelers welcome to apply Candidates residing within 90 miles are considered local RTO limited to 5 non-consecutive days, with only one holiday RTO request approved during Nov-Jan holiday season American Traveler Job ID P-768070.
