Greenlight Offer, a Houston real estate investment company that's been closing 15-20 deals a month for the past 10 years, is looking for a Field Disposition Specialist to be our boots on the ground here in Houston.

You'll run property showings and open houses, capture field inspection photos within 24-48 hours of getting a property under contract, and assist the team by making outreach calls and building relationships with buyers, lenders, and realtors. This role has real room to grow within our disposition department, including the chance to get involved with our new brokerage as it launches, and it's a full-time, in-office position local to the Houston area with a $3,000-$3,500/month salary plus commission on deals you personally bring in; a genuine foot-in-the-door into the real estate industry with a clear path forward.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities:

• Run and facilitate property showings and open houses alongside another disposition team member, making sure a Greenlight representative is always there and that buyers get their questions about the property answered on the spot (5–10 showings/open houses a week, growing as business grows)

• Set the tone at showings — walking into someone's home can feel a little tense or awkward, so you'll keep the energy light, warm people up, and make buyers and sellers both feel comfortable

• Coordinate showing logistics throughout the day, keeping things organized and professional, and ensuring buyers are never in direct conversation with sellers

• Visit properties as soon as they go under contract to capture high-quality field inspection photos and video, giving the disposition team everything they need for marketing and buyer walkthroughs. Photos/video need to be done within 24–48 hours of getting the property under contract (5–10 field inspections a week, growing as business grows). Properties over 100 miles away get extra pay, or get covered by another team member in that area

• Keep an eye out in the field for redevelopment and new-build opportunities and report what you see back to the disposition team

• Make outreach calls/texts to realtors, wholesalers, and buyers when you're off the field, keeping them warm and informed on current inventory

• Work deals directly with wholesalers and MLS listings, including making offers aimed at putting properties under contract, with commission on any deal you personally put under contract (base pay is salary; commission is the upside on top)

• Help open up a new JV acquisitions channel for Greenlight: when you're not out in the field, work from the office making offers on on-market MLS listings that fit our buy box for hold or flip opportunities, building relationships with listing realtors and wholesalers along the way

• Bring new deal opportunities to the table through those relationships, on top of your field responsibilities, with commission on any opportunity you bring in that Greenlight acquires

• Build and maintain relationships with realtors and wholesalers by attending 2–4 networking events or meetups a month, representing the Greenlight Offer brand

Qualifications:

• Must be local to the Houston area. You'll be going to properties across Houston and surrounding cities regularly, so this isn't a role you can commute into from far out

• Dependable vehicle required. You'll be out in the field often, so your vehicle needs to hold up to regular daily driving

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, comfortable covering ground across the greater Houston area

• Confident and professional talking to buyers, wholesalers, and realtors face to face

• Comfortable holding boundaries during showings (keeping buyers and sellers separate) without being awkward about it

• Has an eye for good photo/video, or is willing to learn how to shoot property walkthroughs that convert

• Outgoing and social, someone who genuinely enjoys networking and can represent the Greenlight Offer brand well in a room

• Organized enough to juggle multiple showings, outreach, and networking events in the same week
