As an Associate Executive Director, you support overall community operations while developing into an Executive Director, driving performance across care, sales, financials and team leadership. What You'll Do: • Support full community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance • Assume Executive Director responsibilities and overall community leadership during ED absence • Partner with the ED to drive occupancy, revenue growth and operational excellence • Lead recruiting, hiring, coaching and performance management of team members • Support budget management, expense control and financial performance • Drive resident and family engagement, satisfaction and service recovery • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards • Participate in sales efforts, move-ins and community outreach initiatives • Lead meetings, communicate priorities and align department leaders What You'll Bring: • Prior leadership experience (senior living preferred) • Bachelor's degree preferred; Administrator license as required • Experience in operations, team leadership and performance management • Strong financial, sales and customer service acumen • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills • Passion for serving seniors and developing into an Executive Director Associate Executive Director - Lead Community Operations and Prepare for Executive Leadership Associate Executive Director | Senior Living Operations | Community Leadership | P&L | Resident Experience | Healthcare Operations Pay Range: 72,904.00 - 100,672.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
