Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments during initial client sessions to determine mental health status and specific therapy needs. \n
- Design individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities and strategies tailored to the client’s circumstances. \n
- Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. \n
- Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment methods as necessary to ensure progress toward therapeutic goals. \n
- Provide referrals to other healthcare providers—such as psychiatrists for medication management or support groups—when additional support is needed. \n
- Engage actively in case consultations with other mental health professionals within the organization to discuss complex cases and best practices. \n
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program. \n
- Current and valid state licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or related setting. \n
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly in individual therapy settings. \n
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients. \n
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in mental health practice. \n
