About the Role

The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Planning and Management. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader with a strong focus on student success. This role is pivotal in providing leadership for a comprehensive financial aid enterprise, aligning strategy, policy, and resources to support institutional goals for enrollment, retention, and affordability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial aid, including expertise in leveraging, compliance, and budget management, and will be expected to strengthen the alignment between financial aid strategy and institutional priorities. Key responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President include leading a team of approximately 20 staff, fostering a culture of mentorship, professional development, and accountability, and working closely with the Foundation to enhance donor-funded scholarship processes. The role demands a visible and relationship-oriented leader who can effectively communicate, foster collaboration, and position financial aid as a strategic asset. The candidate should be engaged in professional associations and demonstrate a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
