At Pizza Bocca Lupo, we don't just make pizza; we follow the centuries-old tradition of Vera Pizza Napoletana. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working Pizzaiolo/Pizzaiola/Prep Cook to join our wood-fired kitchen in the heart of San Pedro Square. If you have a strong work ethic and want to be recognized for your skill, there is a path for growth into lead and management roles here.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and stretch dough to authentic Neapolitan standards.
- Master prep work and high-quality ingredient assembly.
- Operate in a fast-paced, "open kitchen" team environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station.
Who You Are
- The Pro: You have previous kitchen experience (wood-fired oven experience is a huge plus!).
- The Team Player: You are assertive, punctual, and thrive in a busy environment.
- The Reliable One: You are available Fridays and Saturdays (Sundays preferred) and around the holidays (Note: We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day).
- The Artisan: You take genuine pride in every pie that leaves the oven.
