R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in Coral Gables and surrounding areas in Florida. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements

Independently licensed in the State of Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
English and/or Spanish Speaking
Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
