Community Care Of West Virginia Inc. seeks a licensed graduate social worker (LGSW) to meet the emotional and social needs of adolescents and adults in our care.

You will plan care, apply social work methods, and provide psychotherapy under supervision to improve outcomes across diagnosis-related support. You will assess patient understanding, deliver education, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain comprehensive documentation of goals and progress.
