Front Desk Receptionist- Scottsdale, AZ!

Vaco is assisting a client in Scottsdale, AZ with a receptionist role. This contract-to-hire position is fully onsite, hiring immediately, and pays up to $25 per hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Provide basic information to clients, customers, and guests. Maintain records, logs, and filing systems (both digital and physical). Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and filing. Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations. Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Skill in oral and written communications. Ability to plan, coordinate, analyze, and establish priorities; develop effective operating procedures.
