• Starting Pay: $20+ per hour (Based on experience)
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Gastonia, NC

Role and Responsibilities As a Crate Builder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for constructing sturdy, custom wooden or metal crates to safely package and transport a variety of goods. Key duties include:

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials (wood, metal, etc.) precisely according to specifications, blueprints, or customer requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely, including nail guns, electric saws, drills, and measuring tools like a tape measure.
• Secure items inside crates using appropriate padding, bracing, or fasteners to prevent movement or damage during shipping.
• Inspect materials and finished crates to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
