Registered Nurse - Home Care

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare for Pediatric and Adult patients with conditions such as GTube, Trach, and Vent support. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care , initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs, and administering medications and treatments while monitoring their effectiveness. The nurse will also respond to changes in patient condition, report to physicians or supervisors, and identify opportunities for patient education and discharge planning. Qualifications Include Valid RN license Current health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card Preferably one year of RN experience Skills Required Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing patient needs Compassionate patient care approach Key Duties Providing direct patient care in home settings Monitoring patient conditions and administering treatments Collaborating with healthcare teams Ensuring compliance with care protocols Educating patients and families on health management #J-18808-Ljbffr
