Training Manager

To drive operational excellence, the full-time remote Training Manager will design, implement, and evaluate training programs while collaborating with department leaders to address skill gaps and enhance workforce capabilities. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula, including onboarding and leadership development programs Conduct training needs analyses and provide consultative support to managers on performance improvement strategies Manage training project timelines, resources, and communications for training events and campaigns Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training & development, with at least 2 years in an operations or service environment Demonstrated experience designing and delivering multi-format training programs Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in adult learning principles Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite
