Project Manager - Multifamily

Big-D Construction is looking for a Project Manager - Multifamily to join our team based in Salt Lake City, UT. Essential Functions Assumes accountability and ownership of the project Is responsible for project safety and environment programs Sets up project reporting procedures Understands and enforces contractual responsibilities, contract documents and dispute resolution Ensures timely project completion through effective project scheduling, timely delivery of materials and efficient management of material and document submittals / approvals Negotiates and issues subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitors their progress Negotiates, prepares, issues and executes change orders to subcontractors and prepares any revisions to original budget Prepares and issues monthly owner progress reports, schedules and cost reports Develops insurance compliance with site-specific quality control and safety plans Chairs and records project meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction‑related field preferred 5+ years construction‑related experience in similar capacity Ground up multifamily experience preferred Knowledge of building and construction trades Benefits Include 100% Company Paid Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for Employee Life insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Health Saving Account Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (includes sick time) 401(k) Plan Vehicle Allowance Company Cell Phone Additional Job Information Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr Big-D Construction
