RN Labor and Delivery

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in White Plains, NY. This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced acute care environment where nurses perform their own exams and full assessments. Candidates must be comfortable with high-risk patients and thrive in a busy setting.

Key responsibilities of the RN Labor and Delivery include:

  • Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their babies
  • Manage C-sections and care for high-risk obstetric patients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Coordinate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct full patient assessments and exams

Requirements of the RN Labor and Delivery include:

  • BSN required
  • Active RN license
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NRP
  • Experience in high-risk obstetrics
