- Quoting, projectmanaging and underwriting tax liability insurance policies.
- Structuring and negotiating bespoke policies with brokers and lawyers in the US and internationally.
- Building strong relationships to win new business from key market stakeholders.
- Assessing and pricing risks-including tax law applicability, technical positions, and likelihood of successful defence if challenged.
- Ensuring full compliance with underwriting guidelines, binding authorities and internal control standards.
- Responding proactively and professionally to tax liability enquiries.
- Developing strong relationships with brokers, clients, lawyers and other stakeholders.
- Identifying crosssell opportunities across CFC's wider product suite.
- Leveraging networking opportunities to support continued business growth.
