Q1Media is seeking a hardworking, ambitious self-starter with a minimum of three years of experience in media or advertising sales. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel within your territory and to our Austin headquarters.

• Position: Account Executive/Senior Account Executive, Full-Time
\n
• Location: Rochester, NY (Must be located in the Rochester Metropolitan area )
\n
• Hours: 9 am-6 pm (flexible)
\n
• Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 - Salary commensurate with experience, potential bonuses and incentives, medical and dental benefits (no qualifying period), 401 (k)
\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Quickly become well-versed in our industry-leading products and services across video, mobile, display, search & social, and streaming advertising.
\n
• Demonstrate clear ability to prospect and drive the acquisition of new relationships.
\n
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with advertising agencies, brands, and programmatic buyers nationwide.
\n
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual expectations for activity and revenue goals.
\n
• Take ownership of accounts to ensure success in collaboration with the Account Operations team
\n
• Collaborate with your fellow colleagues to drive success through teamwork
\n
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

\n

\n

\n
• 3+ years, minimum, in media or advertising sales
\n
• Ability to articulate a strong understanding of digital advertising campaign strategies
\n
• Strong prospecting skills
\n
• Masterful presentation and negotiation skills, both in-person, over the phone, and via video conference
\n
• Wide network and existing relationships with brands, agencies, DSPs and/or trading desks
\n
• Must work or have worked in market and have existing relationships
\n
• Proven track record of driving revenue at a competitive level
\n
• Availability for light travel and willingness to entertain clients on a regular basis
\n

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
\n
• Uncapped commission on all booked revenue
\n
• Monthly and quarterly incentives/bonuses
\n
• Annual and semi-annual incentives (Includes paid trips, spending cash, and/or additional PTO)
