CDL A Flatbed - $29/hr - Local - Nashville, TN

We are currently seeking a dedicated Class A driver. This position offers a starting pay rate of $29.00 per hour with a Monday-Friday schedule, starting at 6:30/8 am.

Pay: $29.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Time: 6:30/8 am
Route: Local
Freight: Counter tops, natural stone slabs- Will assist in touching freight

Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment
Strap, assist in unload- Wedge the slabs apart and customer will continue the unload. Trucks are preloaded
Transport in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
1+ year of recent, verifiable CDL driving experience
Will train on the Flatbed
Strong backing skills
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
