Operating Room RN

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose: At Mercy Medical Center, the Operating Room RN delivers safe, high-quality care to surgical patients. What You Will Do: Provide intraoperative care by performing circulating and/or scrub duties, including patient positioning, site prep, instrumentation, and sterile technique. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient, coordinated care throughout procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Required: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s degree in Nursing is required Valid RN license in Massachusetts Ideal candidates will have 1 or more years of intraoperative nursing experience, including circulating and scrub experience. Preferred: Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross) Familiarity with AORN standards Position Highlights: Full-Time: 40 hrs/week – Day Shift Rotating weekends/holidays; on-call required Hourly Union position, included in RN Step Program pay range: $41.27 to $67.06 Ministry/Facility Information Mercy Medical Center has established itself as one of the leading providers of health care services in Western Massachusetts.
