Fraternity and Sorority, Summer Coordinator

Fraternity and Sorority, Summer Coordinator Work closely with the Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life to prepare for the 2023-2024 academic year and coordinate programming that helps students in fraternity and sorority organizations integrate into the Appalachian community and improve retention. Job Requirements Earned Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or possess an appropriate combination of educational credentials and related work experience. Some experience in higher education in a leadership capacity, working with student advising/programming, or equivalent work experience. Superior organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Must be a self-starter and able to operate in a dynamic environment that evolves as it grows. License/Certification: None required. Preferred Qualifications Supervise summer student workers. Support council recruitment processes. Other duties as required. Pay Bachelor’s earned applicants – $12 per hour. Master’s earned applicants – $15 per hour. Work Schedule & Location Location: Plemmons Student Union, Campus Activities. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (up to 40 hours per week).
