The Leasing Consultant serves as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for prospective and current residents, helping match individuals and families with suitable homes while supporting occupancy and delivering an excellent resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide informative, professional property tours.
- Explain apartment features, amenities, pricing, lease terms, and community policies.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Follow up with prospective residents and maintain accurate lead records.
- Process rental applications and coordinate required documentation.
- Prepare lease agreements and assist residents through the move-in process.
- Support resident retention by addressing questions and providing responsive service.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming leasing office and presentation-ready community.
