You will integrate policy with operational execution, ensuring alignment across strategy, governance, and delivery. This includes researching, developing, analyzing, assessing, planning, and operationalizing initiatives that enhance mission effectiveness, organizational performance, and customer outcomes. You will work to identify, analyze, and resolve complex challenges across systems, policies, and operational frameworks, and integrate solutions that strengthen mission resilience, improve decision‑making, and support national security, homeland defense, and joint mission objectives. You Have 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT, Chief Information Officer organizations, and large‑scale government programs Experience within Joint Staff, Special Operations, or high‑tempo operational environments Experience supporting policy development, strategic planning, and operational integration, and with enterprise governance, compliance, and policy frameworks Experience delivering executive‑level products to SES, General Officer, and C‑suite leadership Experience supporting governance forums and facilitating executive decision‑making processes Knowledge of enterprise IT ecosystems, including cybersecurity, data management, and cloud technologies, and PPBE and POM processes, alongside mechanisms for resource allocation Ability to operate effectively at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution, and coordinate stakeholders across technical, operational, and senior leadership domains Ability to translate complex technical and operational initiatives into clear and concise communication tailored for executive audiences TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have Experience directly supporting the CIO or enterprise IT leadership organizations Experience in high‑tempo, mission‑critical environments with rapid decision cycles Experience with emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, and data platforms Experience with portfolio management frameworks and governance boards Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). This is one component of the total compensation package. The position will close within 90 days from the posting date. Full‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible for our benefit programs. Work Model Remote: May require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid: Expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, with potential visits to a customer facility. Onsite: Primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers as required.
