2nd Shift Maintenance Technician $30 - $35 per hour | Bloomington, MN | On-site | Consulting 3-month contract to hire with full benefits on us! Stable electronics manufacturing environment with advanced production equipment Exposure to SMT, PCB fabrication, and precision assembly technologies Clean, organized facility with strong quality and safety standards Maintenance team involved in preventative and predictive maintenance programs Leadership that prioritizes equipment reliability and process improvement Competitive compensation with 2nd shift differential Opportunity to grow into senior maintenance, controls, or engineering roles Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams Job Details 3+ years of maintenance experience in electronics, PCB, or precision manufacturing Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment and assembly machinery Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, relays) Familiarity with SMT equipment, pick‑and‑place machines, reflow ovens, or similar preferred Experience with preventative maintenance programs in a high‑mix manufacturing environment Basic PLC troubleshooting skills (inputs/outputs, fault identification) preferred Understanding of ESD‑sensitive environments and electronics manufacturing best practices Ability to read electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation Experience working with pneumatics, conveyors, and automated handling systems Comfortable using CMMS or maintenance tracking software Willingness to work 2nd shift hours and overtime as needed High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
