Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Support multiple contracts supporting the various Strategic Deterrence Systems portfolio Act as the primary finance focal point for multiple Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes Coordinate with program management, engineering, and supplier management Prepare and review numerous Finance CDRLs including IPMDARs, CFSRs and CSDRs Oversee EVM processes related to DFARS externally reported programs Utilize CSPR tools for DCMA audits and ensure compliance with EVM and DFAR Contracts Support financial forecast and Long Range Business Plan Maintain the program cost baseline, monitor actual costs, and optimize financial structures Coordinate monthly EAC updates, ensuring accurate final cost projections Implement formal contract modifications and baseline changes into the financial system Prepare and submit formal Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) financial reports to the customer Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role 1+ years of experience performing EACs 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in EVM Experience supporting DFAR contracts Experience with government audits Experience working within an operations-facing finance team, acting as a Business Partner to Managers Experience of being a self-starter, comfortable with establishing required reporting drumbeats and processes Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial management, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) processes, Earned Value Management (EVM), and compliance with DFARS contracts.
