The Marketing Intern will support Rally House's marketing efforts across store, social, performance, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role will assist with planning and executing campaigns, new store openings, product launches, events, social content, and localized marketing opportunities across digital and physical channels. The intern will collaborate with marketing specialists, store teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate projects, manage marketing calendars, gather assets, and ensure campaigns are executed on time. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, sports-focused marketing environment while developing skills in project management, content creation, social media, paid media, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, web, paid media, and retail stores
• Build and maintain marketing calendars around key sports moments, games, launches, events, promotions, and other marketing opportunities
• Support organic social media planning, content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across priority platforms
• Assist with paid social and paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, creative trafficking, targeting, QA, budget checks, and reporting
• Support new store opening (NSO) marketing plans and coordinate projects from initial planning through execution
• Identify opportunities to make established stores more localized, engaging, and reflective of the communities and fanbases they serve
• Coordinate marketing support for product launches, in-store events, athlete appearances, partner activations, and other promotional initiatives
• Gather and organize creative assets and information from stores, vendors, partners, athletes, and internal teams
• Assist with website merchandising, localized marketing initiatives, and updates to featured products, collections, and campaign landing pages
• Track project timelines, campaign performance, deliverables, and results to support reporting and identify future marketing opportunities

Skills and Knowledge

Basic understanding of marketing principles, including social media, digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; familiarity with marketing, analytics, or project management tools is a plus, Strong awareness of social trends, sports culture, and real-time content opportunities to connect with customers and local communities, Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with internal and external partners

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate with or pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, etc.)
• Demonstrated desire to build a long-term career with Rally House

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment
• Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen
• Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds

Pay Range

$18.00 - $22.00
